Erin M. Wiles - Digital Marketing Professional
Erin is always doing research for marketing projects (hence the scope of her blog topics). The need to explore and fully understand her web initiatives and the state of new marketing trends has become second nature to her and yes, FUN!
Even though her true love is marketing, her MBA concentration was in Project Management. Why project management? Because marketing and project management have become increasingly intertwined as companies have moved to the web.
Erin especially loves to work with projects that are interactive or centered around digital marketing initiatives. She is a firm believer in the power of the web, social media, and the applications you can use to reach to your target audience through both.
What makes her special?
Analytics Smarts: Erin is very familiar with analytics and services used to monitor any given project’s results, but she also has the ability to consolidate scary amounts of data into easy to explain numbers, shiny graphs, and prove to any hater of digital media that there is science to web marketing (not to mention real returns).
Execution Comes Easy: One thing Erin is really good at is project management. Some would consider her borderline obsessed when it comes to getting a project defined, completed on time, on budget, and within scope. But being strict on details doesn’t mean she is a drill sergeant of a manager. Her pleasant disposition (smile) helps her keep all project parties involved on a course of smooth sailing even when the waters get rough.
She works well with others: Erin is flexible and easy to get along with, not to mention a hard worker. She has the personality to successfully work in teams and autonomy to work alone. She also realizes that if you have hired her, you have done so to complete a job. This lady is not afraid to get her hands dirty nor does she shy away from working hours outside of the 9-5 norm.

Her long-term dream: To become a Karaoke rock star! But if that career doesn’t quite pan out, become an rock star in marketing and mentor to future marketing professionals. She has been guided by some really awesome mentors and feels it’s important to pay it forward.
What annoys Erin: Websites that have have so many moving parts you can’t even figure out why you came to visit them in the first place. If a visitor to your website can’t find what they need in 30 seconds, they will be lost forever.
Favorite rainy day joke: Brown Chicken Brown Cow. And yes, she does the little dance when she tells the joke.
